A Quilt for Palestine

The Commitment for Life programme of the United Reformed Church in partnership with Christian Aid offers a monthly e-newsletter. The following is from March copy of 'Moving Stories 111)
The Brighton and Hove Palestinian Solidarity Campaigners are hoping to start a quilt for Palestine. The purpose of the Quilt is to show solidarity with the Palestinian people's struggle for self-determination. They want to create a 'thing of beauty' out of a situation of dire tragedy.

People can create just one square or several squares. This may be an idea that churches may want to pursue. To see a previous quilt see
