All United Reformed Churches in South & Central Areas of North Western Synod have had application forms emailed to them for laypeople to apply to visit our global mission partners in The Presbyterian Church in Taiwan in October.
So far I have received 3 applications from members in South Area and none from Central Area and would like to encourage more people to apply!
So far I have received 3 applications from members in South Area and none from Central Area and would like to encourage more people to apply!You must be 18-70 years, willing to travel to Taiwan for 12 days in Octover, active in your local URC & not well travelled!
You'll be willing to keep a good record of your visit whilst away & share your learning with local churches, groups & our synod on return & be part of the planning for next mission group visits.
All main costs are covered including travel & health insurance. Spending money is optional!
Your church minister or secretary will have had the application form emailed to them in March this year but if they dont have it or you just want to contact me directly about it for more info then please ask your local URC secretary or minister for my contact details.
It is a great opportunity to share in life and witness with our sisters and brothers in Taiwan - hope you'll encourage people from your church to apply.
